Account control
Delete your TheSystem account from the app or the web.
The deletion control is available after you sign in. It rechecks your password and, when enabled, your multi-factor code before it removes the account.
What happens
- Your login identity is deleted.
- Your active sessions are revoked.
- A privacy-minimised receipt is issued for durable public readback after you can no longer sign in.
- Records owned by a workspace may be retained or anonymised where operational, security, audit, or legal obligations require it.
- Privileged administrator accounts require managed offboarding so their authority can be transferred safely.
Delete on the web
Sign in, open Account settings, choose Delete account, and complete the confirmation form.
