Privacy

Privacy has to cover humans, assistants, AI employees, and the ERP records they share.

This page is a plain-language overview of how TheSystem handles data across Simple Mode, Power Mode, governed AI, and ERP workspaces. Formal agreements, deployment choices, and regional requirements may add more detail.

Plain-language stance

TheSystem is built around scoped workspaces, explicit permissions, visible operational history, and reviewable AI activity. Those same ideas shape how data is accessed and governed.

What we process

Account identity, workspace settings, user-created content, ERP records, assistant prompts, AI employee activity, integration metadata, and service telemetry needed to run and protect the platform.

Why we process it

To authenticate users, enforce access boundaries, help the AI personal assistant prepare requested work, let AI employees operate inside approved scope, preserve continuity, improve reliability, and support security operations.

How control works

Administrators manage people, AI roles, modules, integrations, and retention posture. Users and AI employees work inside the controls available to their role and organization context.

How sharing works

Information is shared only for service delivery, configured integrations, support, legal, security, or compliance purposes defined by agreement and deployment scope.
